Mr. S M Shervani has been in the hospitality business for the last 35 years and is an alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, New Delhi. Under Mr Shervani’s leadership, the company has enjoyed tremendous success. Mr Shervani is no stranger to the hospitality world and is well respected in the industry by hoteliers and restaurateurs alike. He is the immediate past President of Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Association of India and over the years has held many other positions. He was also the President of Hotel and Restaurant Association of Northern India comprising of 9 Northern states. He was earlier the President of Uttarakhand Hotel and Restaurant Association and also has been the Vice President of National Restaurant Association of India. He is also a Director at Shervani Industrial Syndicate Ltd.
Armed with an MBA in hospitality from the prestigious Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland and a BSc in management from Purdue University USA, Mr. Shervani hopes to bring a new dynamism to the company. As vice president, Mr. Shervani is responsible for all new ventures that the company undertakes. He brings his youth, energy and a unique leadership style to give the company a new direction to look forward to.
With over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr Sharma looks after the overall operations across all units of Shervani Hospitalities Limited. Mr. Sharma joined Shervani Hospitalities Ltd. in the year 1982 in the Front Office Department. He was very soon promoted to the rank of Hotel Manager. Mr. Sharma was assigned the responsibility of Rodeo in 1995 and was instrumental in elevating Rodeo to its famed status during his tenure there. Mr. Sharma was promoted as General Manager (Hotels & Restaurants) in 2007 and has been handling the group’s operations since then.
Chef Sanjay is the man behind all the delicacies coming out of the famed kitchens of the Shervani Group. He joined Shervani Hospitalities Ltd. in the year 1994 as Sr. Chef de Partie and was entrusted with the responsibility of managing the kitchens of the company’s Tex-Mex restaurant, Rodeo. He quickly climbed up the hierarchy and was made the Executive Chef of the Shervani Group in 2006. Chef Sanjay has been responsible for arranging various food festivals at Rodeo during his tenure along with chefs from Texas, USA and Mexico. He is one of the core pillars behind the success that the company is enjoying today.
