Rules of the House
|
| The following are the terms and conditions of the Agreement
under which rooms are permitted to be used by guests:- |
| 1. |
Tariff : The tariff is for room only and exclusive of any Govt.
taxes which may be applicable from time to time. |
| 2. |
Settlement of bills : Bills must be settled on
presentation, personal cheques are not accepted. |
| 3. |
Company's lien on visitor's luggage and belongings : In the case
of default in payment of dues by a guest, the management shall be
entitled to a lien of the luggage and the belongings and to detain
the same and to sell or auction such property at any time after the
day of departure without reference to the party and appropriate the
net sale proceeds towards amount due from the guest/s. |

Departure : Check-out time is 11am. If you wish to leave your
room, please inform the receptionist half an hour in advance. |
| 5. |
Luggage Storage : Luggage may be stored in the left luggage room
at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause.
Luggage may not be stored for a period over 30 days to be removed. |
| 6. |
Guest's belongings : For the convenience of guests, safe deposit
is available at the reception to ensure the safety of any valuables.
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms
when going out or when going to bed and not to leave the key in the
key hole.
The company will not, in any way whatsoever, be responsible for the
loss of the resident's goods or any other property not entrusted to
the management or for damage thereof whether due to neglect of htel
employees or agents or any other cause whatsoever including theft
or pilferage. |

Hazardous goods : Storing of cinema films, raw or exposed or any
other articles of a combustible or hazardous nature, in residential
room is strictly prohibited. |
| 8. |
Damage to property : Guests will be held responsible for any loss
or damage to the hotel property caused by them, their friends or for
any person for whom they are responsible. |
| 9. |
Guests of residents will not be allowed in the room after 11:00
PM |
| 10. |
Washing of clothes in the room and hanging them outside is not allowed. |
| 11. |
No films / TV or music will be operated after midnight. |
| 12. |
Management's right : The management reserves ti itself the absolute
right of admission to any person in the hotel premises and to request
any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without previous
notice, and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guest
shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of default,
the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings
of the visitor from the room occupied by the guest and lock the room. |

Relation between company and visitors : Nothing herein above shall
constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy, sub-tenancy or
any right or interest in the hotel premises or any part or portion
thereof in favour of any guest or resident or visitor and the company
shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control
of the hotel premises. |

Govt. rules and regulations : Guests are requested to observe the
Govt. rules and regulations in force from time to time in respect
of registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms, etc. |
| 15. |
Pets like dogs, cats, etc are not allowed. |
| 16. |
Car parking at the owner's risk only |
| 17. |
Amendment of rules : The management reserves
the right to add to, or alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions
and rules.

Liability Disclaimer
|
| The rates, tariff
and taxes are subject to change and the company cannot be held liable
for any such change. If at any time, during the continuance of service,
the performance in whole or in part, of any obligation under it shall
be prevented or delayed by reason of war, hostility, axe of the public
enemy, civil commotion, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, epidemic,
strikes, lockout or act of god, etc, no claim for damages against
the company in respect of such performance or delay in performance
of the service can be claimed. The laws of
India govern the contract and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive
jurisdiction of the court at New Delhi.
